Via your personal account you can view the current status of your order:

In progress = Your order is currently being processed by us

Waiting for payment = Your order is not yet paid. As soon as we have received the payment we will start to process your order

Additional check needed = If you are a company and have chosen to pay with 'Invoice 14 days' this status will be visible while we are doing our credit check process

Credit Check Denied = If you are a company and have chosen to pay with 'Invoice 14 days' this status will be visible when the Credit Check did not go through. You will be contacted by us to select a different payment method

Order is shipped = Your order is shipped from us. You can track your order via the track and trace number that has been sent out to you in a separate email

Partially shipped = Your order has been shipped in more than one parcel. You can track your order via the track and trace number that has been sent out to you in a separate email

Cancelled = Your order has been cancelled

Closed = You order is closed

Complete = Your order has been completed
